Land DescriptionFrom N.E. corner of Urquhart's pre-emptive right, Gordon's, N. 77° 45′ E. 128 chains. The applicant is at the present time working the Kangaroo Reef, and will have the machinery on the ground within 3 months from the date of the lease.

Capital InvestmentThe ground has been worked for a period of 16 months under the mining regulations for the district of Ballaarat. Proposed term of lease, 10 years.
