The Council is corresponding with other municipalities regarding endowment and the transfer of Crown Lands, and has agreed to a Conference of Municipal Delegates in Melbourne on the 4th proximo to discuss the Municipal Act, endowments, and other matters. Councillor Palmer has been appointed as the delegate. The Council is also seeking suitable rooms for meetings and offices, and has publicized the Town and Country Police and Health of Towns Acts.
