Notice is hereby given that the nomination for the return of a Member to serve in the Legislative Council for the Electoral District of the United Midland Counties of Cook and Westmoreland will take place at the Court House, Hartley, on Tuesday, 25th day of July next, and in the event of a poll being demanded, the polling will commence at 9 o'clock on the morning of the 31st July, and close at 4 o'clock, afternoon of same day.
