Lists each lot's NSW county (Brisbane, Wellington, Bligh, Argyle, Westmoreland, etc.), acreage, purchaser and price paid; many lots drew 'No offer'. Total received 504 pounds 18s 7d. Buyers include James Bowman, F. C. L. Thompson, John Maxwell, James Macarthur, George and Henry Cox, Henry Osborne.
