The Presbytery of New South Wales announces that Reverend Kirkpatrick Dickson Smythe is authorized to issue Special Marriage Licences for Presbyterian parties, with forms available from officiating ministers or the Presbytery Clerk. Separately, eight shares of capital stock in the Bank of New South Wales, fully paid up to eight hundred pounds, will be sold by John Gurner in Sydney on April 5th.
