Two land claims are detailed: one for an allotment in Phillip bounded by Kent-street and other allotments, previously advertised for Mathew John Gibbons, now claimed by Mrs. Gibbons as legatee and executrix; and another for 50 acres in the County of Cumberland, Parish of South Colah, promised to Mary Russell in 1818, now claimed by Henry Russell as her husband.
